Unraveling

     My limbs are tired. I am physically and mentally exhausted from the overwhelming beauty that was yesterday. We filmed the music video for “Unraveling” —- a vision that had been playing inside my head since December 2010. Seeing it in real life was completely surreal. I looked around at certain moments and could not believe I was awake. We took a painted piano to the middle of an endless, tall grassy field overlooking the ocean, and whimsical fairy-like dancers twirled all around me, bringing the song to life. The choreography was unbelievable. Every look of wonder and amazement, every smile, and every laugh that left my body during filming was so sincere. I just kept thinking, “This can’t be real. This can’t be real! This was a thought. This was just a thought, and now here we are. Here I am. AHHH!” :)

     There is no greater feeling than bringing a vision to life. I feel so lucky to have an amazing, talented team around me that believes in my crazy ideas. From yesterday’s director and dancers to my always-supportive producer to all my magical listeners, I am so grateful. Thank you. What more could I ever, ever ask for. I love you infinitely, & I can’t wait to show you “Unraveling!”
